Welcome to StreamVault. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamVault website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StreamVault platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use usage of our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. StreamVault cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
3. User Content and Conduct
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
- Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the StreamVault servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser.
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service.
- Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.
- Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity.
- Interfering with the proper working of the Service.
- Accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service.
- Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StreamVault and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StreamVault.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for any third-party content you may use or display in connection with the Service.
5. Monetization and Payments
StreamVault offers various monetization features for creators, including but not limited to subscriptions, virtual gifts, and tips. By using these features, you agree to the following terms:
- Revenue Share: StreamVault retains a percentage of all revenue generated through the platform. The current revenue share rates are specified in our Creator Guidelines and are subject to change with notice.
- Payouts: Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, provided your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes associated with your earnings.
- Refunds: All purchases of digital goods (subscriptions, bits, tokens) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless StreamVault and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StreamVault, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
StreamVault its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Additional Clauses for Content Creators
If you are a creator on StreamVault, additional terms apply to your use of the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit. You further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant StreamVault all of the license rights granted herein.
StreamVault does not endorse any User Content submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and StreamVault expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. StreamVault does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and StreamVault will remove all User Content if properly notified that such User Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. StreamVault reserves the right to remove User Content without prior notice.
DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify StreamVault's copyright agent as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit StreamVault to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, e-mail address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
